I, ___________________________, understand that I am entering a beauty competition. I also understand that contests of beauty are not precise measures of beauty, but many individual opinions forming a consensus for that time. I fully understand that the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM Calendar Search is a beauty contest and therefore hold neither the judging panel, nor TEXAS BIKINI TEAM, Inc., nor the Hosting Night Club, nor any other individual/company associated with the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM Calendar Search responsible for my placement or non-placement through photo entry or in any preliminary contest, Club Finals, State Finals, Grand Finals, placement on the team or featured on any team products.

I, the undersigned, hereby give the licensees (Texas Bikini Team), hereinafter referred to as "Studio", their legal representatives, assigns, and those acting on behalf and with their permission, the right and permission to copyright in any part of the world, to use, reuse, publish, alter, in any conjunction , with my own or fictitious name, any photographs, video, film or representations of myself by said Studio, or those acting on their behalf or with their permission, any reproductions thereof, in any form, whether intentional or otherwise, and may be used in conjunction with any media, now or hereafter known, including, but not limited to multi-media production, merchandising, broadcast, Internet, video material, printed or advertising copy, for any purpose of trade, sale, advertising, exhibit, publicity, or promotion, without restrictions or limitations for an unlimited period of time.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless, said Studio, their legal representatives, assigns, and those acting on their behalf and with their permission, from and against any liability resulting from any distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form; whether such is intentional or otherwise; which may occur, result, or be produced in the taking of said photographs, video, or film or by processing or reproduction of any finished product, its publication or distribution of same.

I waive the right to approve or inspect the photographs or video, advertising copy, multimedia product, merchandising item, broadcast production or printed matter used in conjunction therewith.

This release covers all photos, film and/or video taken prior to, or after the execution hereof, for a period not to exceed one year prior to the execution hereof and two years after the execution hereof, for use by said Studio, their legal representatives, assigns, and those acting on behalf and with their permission, for promotional use, resale, or any purpose whatsoever, inclusive of any forenamed items contained herein, including endorsements of products or companies that said Studio may have contracts or relationships with, either past, present or future. Nothing contained herein shall obligate said Studio, their legal representatives, assigns, and those acting on their behalf and with their permission, to make use of any of the rights granted herein. If any portion hereof is deemed illegal, then the remaining terms and conditions will remain in effect.

I hereby warrant that I have read this release agreement in its entirety before affixing my signature hereto, and I fully understand the contents herein. I further warrant that I am of legal age and competent to contract in my own name as this release is concerned. In the event that any portion of this agreement is considered unlawful, the remainder of this contract is still considered valid. I also agree that I have been compensated adequately for the release of the terms, and or items, contained herein.

"Studio" reserves the right to change the rules without notice at any time.
