| The TEXAS BIKINI TEAM competition is different
than most other bikini contests because we offer the winners a chance
to work as "professional models" for an entire year;
instead of just winning prizes and going home! Our members get the
opportunity to travel, make money and meet people, all year long! As a
matter of fact, members of our teams have not only had the opportunity to
be featured in magazines (like American Rodder, Audio Sound &
Security, National Enquirer, Playboy, Sport, Sports Illustrated, Sport
Truck, USA Today, etc.) & on television (like "Good
Morning America", "Bikini Open", "E", "ESPN2",
"eXTRA", "Hard Copy", "Montel Williams", "Wheel
of Fortune", etc.) but have even met celebrities during TBT
travels (like Sean Connery, Dan Akroyd and David Copperfield)!

The TEXAS BIKINI TEAM is exciting
because, every year, we have fresh talent! That's right, everyone
(new talent & alumni) has to try out, in order to gain a
spot on the new team!
Upon winning a spot on the TEXAS
BIKINI TEAM, you'll get to travel Texas, the U.S., Canada & the
Caribbean making appearances as a promotional model! So, being a
promotional model for the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM requires you to meet and greet
the public through autograph signings and photo opportunities, making live
radio & television spots to promote various events, performing fashion
shows, riding in parades, participating in spring break festivities,
Nascar races, etc.
Most of the time, the TEXAS BIKINI
TEAM works as "feature attractions" or "attention-grabbers"!
So, with a busy TEXAS BIKINI TEAM appearance schedule, heavy marketing
before we arrive to an event and a variety of merchandise you can be
featured on, you are able to become an instant celebrity!
A benefit of working for the
TEXAS BIKINI TEAM is that we normally work weekend-style jobs. This permits those of you who go to
school or work other jobs and to make good money in a short time while
working for the team! Our auto show tour season is January &
February, with groups of 4 TBT members traveling to an auto show. We
also allow you to pick & choose the shows you want to work. If you
don't want to work, that's okay too. When working for the TBT you get paid
well.
The great thing about working our busy season is that you get paid within 2
weeks of each job!

QUALIFICATIONS
TO ENTER:
- All entrants MUST be between 17 -
35 years old. (17 before the State Finals - Sept. 2, 2008; also
30-35 year olds must be approved by the TBT.) All 17 year olds will
not be allowed to work jobs that hinder with school.

where you have to win to qualify to the next level. Basically, by winning a preliminary "Club Finals"
competition (held at nightclubs throughout the U.S.,
the entrant will qualify for
the State Finals. (Once a contestant wins a "Club Finals", she can NOT enter
another "Club Finals", as she is already
qualified for State Finals.
- All newcomers, current members &
alumni are eligible to enter competition.
- Current members & alumni MUST BE or
MUST HAVE BEEN "members in good standing".

Anyone is allowed to enter through photo entry.
The TBT allows
this kind of entry because we are looking for more than one winner, we are
looking for a TEAM!!! Photo Entry can
include anyone fitting the QUALIFICATIONS TO ENTER
(listed above), as well as any PRELIMINARY NIGHTCLUB ENTRANT who can't participate
in their "Club Finals", or anyone who did not place in
the top 3 at a Club Finals or anyone under 21 who can't enter a nightclub due
to age or who .
ALL PHOTO ENTRANTS ARE
PLACED DIRECTLY INTO THE STATE OR NATIONAL FINALS (depending on which they
choose to enter). You must provide a recent swimsuit photo AND
pay the appropriate entry fee by the specified deadline.
The photo(s)
an entrant can submit can be color or black & white, and of any size. We prefer a swimsuit
photo from the mid thighs up over head. The TBT will also accept any
additional photos or a headshot. We also accept Polaroid photos, laser
color copies and composite cards.
For
STATE FINALS ENTRY:
Registration
forms are needed in the TBT office
by by August 25, 2008 to give host venues
(places hosting contests) a
headcount of contestants. Before you will be allowed to compete
in the State Finals you will be required to pay a registration fee
of $25.
This is the
deadline date so that we can get an exact head count for the number
of contestants, coming from nightclubs contests and photo entries.
From the State Finals, we want to take 48 winners to
National Finals. Submit NOW because we may elect to cut off photo entry submissions,
at any time, depending on talent coming from nightclubs. Therefore, we recommend that you enter as early as
possible to ! Plus, you get discounts for entering early!

We have 2 State Finals this year at
opposite ends of the state. 1) Dallas area State Finals
& 2) McAllen, TX State Finals. Both are listed below the
nightclub grid & State Finals excitement photos below.) We are
only including the Dallas area contestants & winners for Dallas & you must
win one of the top spots to advance to Nationals. However, you will be
allowed to go to the second State Finals in McAllen to ensure advancement to
Nationals. At the McAllen
State Finals, ALL CONTESTANTS WILL ADVANCE TO NATIONAL FINALS IN NASSAU,
were just going to McAllen to see who gets to take home their share of the
$3000 cash!!!

Entry fees are set according
to the table below. As you will notice, the earlier you get
your entry fee in, the less of a fee you will be required to pay.
A portion of entry fee monies will be pooled to build the National
Finals cash prize.
For DIRECT ENTRY to NATIONAL FINALS in Nassau, Bahamas:
This is set up for those few models/individuals who
found out about the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM too late and don't want to wait an entire year to
tryout, who qualify in the weekly prelims but have conflicting
jobs/assignments with the State Finals dates, who have conflicting pageant
finals, etc. AND who still want to give it a go. The entry fee is just
that, a fee. The fee is much greater than the other photo entry fees
due to the fact that you are asking to by-pass all the prelims & State
Finals that other contestants HAD TO qualify for Nationals.
This DIRECT NATIONAL FINALS PHOTO ENTRY ("State
Finals by pass") is due no later than September 1,
2008.
Photo(s) and registration fees ($350) for NATIONAL FINALS ENTRY must be received in the TBT office by by
September 1,
2008, before you will be allowed to enter the National Finals. This
is the deadline date so that we can fill any position of a qualified
winner who can't make it to National Finals. We usually take
only a couple of NF entries, depending on qualified talent coming from

Anyone is allowed to enter through nightclub entry,
provided they are old enough to enter the club. However, if you
are unable to enter or participate at a nightclub for whatever reason
(including those who can't participate
in their "Club Finals", anyone who did not place in the top 3 at a Club Finals or
anyone under 21 who can't enter a nightclub due to age), then you can
enter through a Photo Entry (see below).

For STATE
FINALS contestants:
Since we are taking more winners than
ever before (48 State Finals winners) to Nationals,
a registration fee is required of all contestants to help with the preparation of
such a large event. In making this change, we have completely
eliminated entry fees to the National Finals! Therefore,
all
contestants entering the STATE FINALS level of competition will be required
to pay a State Finals registration fee ($25). Nightclub winners can
pay for entry to STATE FINALS at the competition, without penalty.
Photo entrants must have photos and entry fee sent to the TBT office by the August 25,
2008, deadline. (Only exception is if you
are bypassing all competitions with a DIRECT ENTRY TO NATIONALS, which then
requires a $350 fee, because you did not go through all the levels of
competition required of other contestants).

if you compete at Carson's Live and don't become one of the 18
winners to advance to Nationals, then you are placed in the second
State Finals (no additional entry fee) to become one of the
