     The TEXAS BIKINI TEAM 2008 Calendar Search is sure way to pack a summer event, due to continued media exposure and an opportunity for local talent to enter the professional modeling arenas!  Especially since the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM 2008 Calendar Search is awarding $50,000 in cash, prizes and modeling contracts!  Everything needed to host our “high caliber” contest is included in our contest package, from in-house advertising to TBT merchandise!  Plus, your club name, address, phone number, your contest dates & web link is posted on the TBT website, which is viewed both nationally & internationally.  Check it out by  looking under tryouts . . . www.texasbikini.com/rgttry.htm .

      Since the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM is looking for enough calendar girls to fill a 2 year calendar, we choose more winners than any other bikini contest out there, which keeps contestants happy. 

       To keep you happy, when a winner from your club wins a top spot at the National Finals and gets featured on a month in the TBT calendar, your club will get mentioned on her month in the calendar!   

1) How does this contest make our club money? 

      A) By bringing people into your nightclub to: 

                                        a) Be in the contest

                                        b) watch the contest

                                        c) cheer for their friends who are in the contest.

The TEXAS BIKINI TEAM is known for making appearances as "feature attractions", “attention getters” and as “draws” to get the public to large events.  In our 15 year history, most TBT appearances have been out of state or international.  However, this year has been one of our biggest  show schedules in Texas with our annual custom car shows & Spring Break appearances, as well as additional Wild Game Dinners, Ducks Unlimited Banquets, Costal Conservation banquets, bike rallies and parts in Texas movies ("The New Guy", "Serving Sara" with Matthew Perry & Elizabeth Hurley, "Varsity Blues" and "Sin City" by Robert Rodriquez) .

Due to our heavy “Texas” appearance schedule, our 15 year business record, continued outside interest in the TBT and offering our contest into new markets, our popularity is growing by leaps and bounds.  Therefore, this years’ Calendar Search looks to be one of the biggest contest systems ever held in Texas!

TBT Calendar Search Nuts & Bolts 

          Inspired by the legend that Texas has the most beautiful women, what could be better than Texas women, bikini’s and YOU?  . . .The TEXAS BIKINI TEAM Calendar 2008 Search, with you as the host! 

        As a host, you may hold your preliminaries anytime between April 1 & August 30, 2007.  Host our event from “one time only” (which requires maximum radio advertising) up to 8 weekly contests.  Our recommendation is to host 6 weekly contests with your “Club Finals” the following week.  (We will be sure to spread the word by posting your contest dates to our web site for all to see, including our current and alumni members.) 

            We ask that you send your 3 Club Finals winners to the TBT State Finals*!  The more prize money you award, the more enticing your contest will be for contestants to enter. 

        This year, we plan on taking more winners than ever before to the Nationals in Nassau, Bahamas.  That's right, we are selecting 48 winners from the State Finals to advance to the National Finals!  So be sure to advertise that your Club Finals winners have a greater chance with the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM Calendar Search than any other bikini contest to go to a National Finals in Nassau!!!  Plus, since we have 24 calendar girls/members on the new team each year, that means that we have 24 winners, not just one! 

DATES & Deadlines:

• Begin hosting TBT Calendar Search anytime after April 1, 2007.

• Hold TBT Calendar Search for 6 weeks between April 1 and August 31, 2007, selecting 3 winners each week.

1. Finish hosting TBT Calendar Search by hosting your Club Finals before August 31, 2007.

2. TBT Calendar Search STATE FINALS (where you send your 3 Club Finals winners) is Sept. 2, 2007 at the Scorcher 8 in McAllen, TX.

3. TBT Calendar Search NATIONAL FINALS (with the 48 winners from the State Finals) is October 3-10, 2007 at the Wyndham Hotel & Crystal Palace Casino in Nassau, Bahamas!

ADDITIONAL CONTEST NOTES:

         Age requirements: 18 - 30 years old.  18 year olds must be high school graduates.

       Everyone (all qualifying contestants, family & friends, club managers, employees & patrons) who wants to attend the National Finals are invited to witness the winners become new members of the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM 2008!  Details will be online soon. 

        Winners of the National Finals (24 new members for the 2008 TBT) will be featured on the TBT 2008 poster and get a chance to travel with the team making appearances working as a professional model,  with pay, for one year!  Top winner(s) could also be featured on calendars, T-shirts, postcards, etc. as well!.

PHOTO ENTRY: 

At the STATE FINALS level, we allow qualified photo entrants to enter.  Basically, the TBT allows contestants who aren’t 21 yr. old (and therefore too young to enter a nightclub) to enter the TBT State Finals through a photo entry position, which requires a non-refundable entry fee.  We can select up to 30 photo entries to compete in the State Finals.  Photo entry also allows any contestant who didn't get the opportunity to enter at the nightclub level, for whatever reason, a chance to enter, including any of your contestants who didn’t win your Club Finals.  Photo entries must contact our office ASAP.

FAQS

1) Why should I pay to host a contest when I can do one myself?

You simply will not get the caliber or interest of the better models from a stand alone contest without offering at least $20,000 to $50,000 in prizes. Basically you can not offer enough prizes or money to make your contest worth while to many models as a stand alone venue.

2) Why is the TBT contest better?

We've built our contest to award $50,000 in cash, prizes & modeling contracts!  Plus, a syndicated contest brings enough host contests together to make the prizes worth while for the contestants to enter. Consider this a contest "coop" where a bunch or people use the advantages of the whole.  We have been doing this a long time, 15 years, and have developed a program that works year after year.

Our contest allows the winners a chance to become instant celebrities, working as professional models, touring with the Texas Bikini Team.  We also help cast for movies and print ads which helps models or aspiring models/actress get work in the entertainment business.

4) How does the Texas Bikini Team help me?

ONE BIG HELP IS NAME RECOGNITION . . . with the history the TEXAS BIKINI TEAM has created through 15 annual tour seasons, national exposure in the media & our popularity in the promotional modeling arenas, most on national and international levels!  We’ve accomplished this through numerous appearances on TV stations across the U.S. & abroad; like on “Bikini Open”, “E”, “ESPN”, “eXTRA”, “Elimidate”, “Good Morning America” & the “Montel Williams Show”!  We’ve even graced the pages of national magazines, such as American Rodder, Audio Sound and Security, National Enquirer, Playboy’s “Wet & Wild”, Sport, Sport Truck & Sports Illustrated. 

5) How do you help bring in contestants?

We market specifically to any/all potential contestants through mailouts.  From our office updating your weekly contestant lists (from contestant information you get to us---ie: contestant entry form pg.1) & all other potential contestants (our mailing list which includes current members as well as alumni and those who've inquired about the TBT), thereby generating more business for us both.   

6) How else do you help us? 

We add you to our web site under tryouts to help models find a contest close to them to enter.  We have to have your club name, address, phone and contest dates to post before your contest starts.

7) How How many weeks do I run the contest? 

You have until August 30th to wrap it up with your Club finals.  An optimum number of weeks to run the contest is 6, with your Club Finals on the next week.  However, you can run any number of weeks you chose, by verifying with the TBT office.

8) I am ready to buy the contest kit, what do I do next?
