Height: 5' 2" Weight: 98
Birthdate: January 30 Birthplace: Cherry Point, NC
Measurements: 34(C)-22-33 * TBT Nickname: "Kricket"
Education: Attended Hardin Simmons University. Graduated with a 4.0 on the Dean's List from Texas State Technical College.
Recent achievements: Believe it or not, I'm a "virgin model". At the tender age of 29, I've just begun to pursue modeling. I'm also a Coors Light Girl in the Dallas area. I'm scheduled to shoot a series of commercials locally for Coors!
Goals: I plan on pursuing more modeling opportunities, possibly fitness modeling in addition to my bikini modeling. Ialso would like to venture more into T.V. & radio, and possibly some acting as well.
Family: I have an incredibly wonderful, supportive family. I've got one brother, 7 years my junior who's a newlywed. My parents have been married for 38 years & are still going strong. My dad is a retired gunny sgt. from the Marine Corps. and now owns his own motorcycle assessories company. He is also my TBT sponsor! Thanks Dad! (Mama noogs-Dawn-says to check him out at www.tourking.com!)
Sports/Physical Activities: Rollerblading, bicycling, Tae-Bo. Does walking up and down a beautiful beach count?
Hobbies: I love doing things with my hands, creatively . . . gift baskets, drawing, painting (body painting is fun) & playing the piano.
Favorite Season/Holiday: I'm definitely not a cold weather girl, but my favorite season in winter because of the family holidays!
Favorite Food/Meal: I love Italian food, especially a restaurant in Highland Park called Patrizios. They've got awesome lasagne!
Favorite Cartoon/Cartoon Character: TAZ is my favorite. He's so ugly he's cute! And he 's such a spaz, "spinning" around all over the place, kinda like me.
Favorite Transportation: Motorcycle! Preferably a BMW RT 1150! Very comfy for the ladies.
When driving, I prefer . . . listening to a good CD and having a big cup of Java, because everything in Dallas takes at least 20 minutes to get to. Good music & good Java make the time fly!
Favorite word(s): "Invest", closely followed by "Bite Me"!
Favorite "Me" Time: Reading a great book snuggled up in a blanket on a rainy day (preferably). I love Nicholas Sparks books (Message in a Bottle).
The 1st thing I want others to notice about me . . . that I'm genuine.
The 2nd thing I want others to notice about me . . . my smile.
Sexiest woman in the world: Princess Diana. She was elegant, beautiful and sexy!
Sexiest man in the world: Ricky Martin.
When I meet a man, the first thing I notice . . . his teeth. You can't hide hygiene, baby! If the teeth are bad, the breath usually is too!
The second thing I notice . . . his chest. I love to snuggle up against a nice firm chest, with not a lot of hair, if any . . . oooh baby!
Men don't understand . . . women. Period. But I must say I don't quite understand the quarks about men. Oh well. What's new!.
I love it when guys . . . keep their bod's in shape & keep a clean house.
The fastest way to turn me on . . . is to take me to that clean house cook me a nice dinner (not store bought), and rent a romantic movie. And don't forget the candles!
The fastest way to turn me off . . . is to be disrespectful, lude and obnoxious and think the girls will want a date with them.
I hate it when guys . . . are disrespectful to their women in public!
Boxers or Briefs? Definitely boxers. The ones that are so nicely displayed on the Calvin Klein boxes by those men with the 6-packs . . . oooh baby!
To me, body ornamentation (piercing/tattoos) is . . . sexy when it's not taken to the extreme. I love the tribal arm bands on the biceps. But I don't like the whole arm, etc. tattooed. Same with body piercings. Less is more!
I remember the 1st time I . . . cooked Thanksgiving dinner by myself in Hawaii. I also remember the first (and only) time I watched my very close friend give birth naturally to her daughter. WOW!
When nobody's looking, I like to . . . practice new dance moves in front of the bathroom mirror!
The oldest thing in my refrigerator . . . Jalapenos! It takes a while for them to go bad & they're great on almost everything.
I was most embarrassed when . . . I went to a club in New York & dressed up fun and wore a platinum white wig. We were dancing disco music and my girlfriend started "shooting me with her finger guns" to the beat of the music. I acted like she shot me and threw my head back, and off goes the wig leaving me with a "panty-hose" cap holding my hair. We laughed hysterically until our stomachs hurt. Oh yeah, NSYNC & the Dallas Stars were also there. Yes, very embarrassing!
To get going in the morning, I . . . take my vitamins!
To get a good night's sleep, I . . . take a long, hot bubble bath with the lights dimmed, candles lit and a bath pillow to rest on!
The greatest thing about swimsuit models is . . . we have the opportunity to travel to many places and meet such a diverse group of people . . . in bikini's!
The challenges I think a swimsuit model faces are . . . Of course there is the typical stereotyping and jealousies, but there aare personal challenges as well. I have to stay committed to eating healthy and working out, which is very difficult as I run a chiropractic office and work at least 10 hours before I can get to the gym.
Texas/Texans are so great because . . . everyone in Texas is so welcoming and warm!
My Texan qualities . . . Well, everything in Texas is big, especially in Dallas, so I'd have to say I'm "Big" in all the right places . . . my heart, my smile, my eyes and yes, I have an accent too!
My strengths/best asset . . . I'm extremely flexible and easy to get along with, but I am known to be a little on the onery side, too!
I'm a great TBT model because . . . I'm a people person!
I'm a great model because . . . I"ve got several looks, straight hair or curly hair (I looked like Shirley Temple when I was little) and my eyes tend to vary in color (blue-green). I'm an extrovert and I love meeting new people!
If I could have dinner with anyone in the world, it would be . . . Ricky Martin, and we'd . . . he would teach me how to Salsa and we would dance until we couldn't stand any longer!
I would love to visit . . . Austrailia and South Africa! I would like to explore their cultures and wildlife. I love koalas and elephants, so I'd definately go on sarafi's in each country.
The charity I could/would support . . . I am involved with a charity called EXCAP, which educates teenagers and parents on the prevention of child abuse, namely shaken baby syndrome.
The most interesting person I've met . . . Danny Darwin, given the fact he played baseball (for the Rangers & Astros) for 21 years and is still a good ole' country boy!
My favorite fans . . . My mom and dad.
Advice I could give a young woman about success . . . Never be afraid of change and don't let fear of failure stand in the way of your path to success. The journey is just as important as your destination!
My motto . . . "You never know unless you try" and "Live today like there's no tomorrow".
When I go to heaven, God will say . . . "You lived your life as a Christian and have made me proud"
